Vendor Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Registration
To register as a vendor:

You must be at least 18 years old.

You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

You agree to keep your account and business information up-to-date.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any vendor application at our sole discretion.

2. Stripe Connect & Payments
By joining RigOps, you agree to:

Create and maintain an active Stripe Connect account.

Authorize RigOps to process payments on your behalf through Stripe.

Allow RigOps to deduct a platform commission fee (e.g., 20%) from each transaction before remitting your portion.

All payouts are subject to Stripe’s processing schedules and terms. RigOps is not responsible for delays or disputes involving Stripe.

3. Commissions & Fees
Vendors will receive [80]% of the net sale amount.

RigOps retains the remaining [20]% as a service fee.

Additional transaction or processing fees may be applied by Stripe.

4. Product Listings & Fulfillment
You agree to list only items or services you are legally authorized to offer.

Listings must be accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for the fulfillment, condition, and legality of your listings.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes
You agree to clearly communicate your cancellation and refund policies.

If disputes arise between you and a customer, you will make a good faith effort to resolve the issue.

RigOps may intervene at its discretion and issue refunds or account adjustments where necessary.

6. Taxes
You are responsible for complying with local, state, and federal tax laws.

Unless otherwise specified, RigOps does not collect or remit sales tax on your behalf.

7. Compliance & Conduct
You agree:

To act professionally and in good faith with all customers and other vendors.

Not to misuse, abuse, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

To follow all platform rules and guidelines as updated periodically.

8. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate your vendor account at any time for violations of this Agreement.

Withhold payouts if we suspect fraud, illegal activity, or chargeback risk.

9. Limitation of Liability
RigOps is not liable for:

Lost profits, indirect or incidental damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform.

Issues with third-party services such as Stripe.

10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page regularly.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
